My mother just retired from a company after 20 years and has little or no increase in 20 years. Not once in his career, the company has not demonstrated to review annually. She asks, but never show. So I do not know where they could be improved. The company was a really cheap, nasty, and while my mother worked super hard and very loyal, he was down.
