It reminds me of our Old Time Homeowners Association tryed to stop a man in a wheelchair in order to put a ramp in front of his house so they can enter and exit safely and in his name. Needless to say, and demanded that everyone had to pay.
My point is, if the disabled person still has the right to life. This device allows you to by a desire to avoid living there, but there are laws to protect people with disabilities.
