BBQ food, simple menu, is this ok for INFORMAL family wedding? - vegetarian thai green curry
There's only visit 1 vegetarian, I checked and triple checked lol ... We grilled mushrooms on the ground, on request, that's what he wants.
The grilled chicken (marinated diverse as barbecue, Thai curry, plain, garlic and herbs)
Charcuterie (butcher bio is really good flavor, the pork and leek, pork and apple, lamb and mint, beef from Aberdeen Angus, and some haggis (in our honest Scottish roots)
Salmon, grilled and served with hollandaise sauce
Green salad (dressings available varies)
Coleslaw (homemade)
Tomatoes, mozzarella and basil salad
Hot New potatoes with butter and herbs
Home bread and rolls, all clear, sauces and spices and sauces you like.
For dessert, strawberries with cream and wedding cakes.
