I have recently bought a house and do not reach central air, bedroom upstairs. The rooms have air conditioning in the existing wall. The AC in the room, who has worked for a few nights, but now the fan is not running and the air is not blowing. I replace the drive, but can not see through the wall units of this size. It was an Amana window / thru-wall unit and is very small (about 18 cm wide and 14 cm high). Then the whole window unit is installed as a unit through the wall? I have window units to the right size, but was not sure if the vents on the sides would be covered through the wall or something.
